Very cool, just curious anything special about the tires on larger planes? What air pressure are they at? I would assume most of the aid in landing a beast like that comes from the "shocks?"

Do most planes have cameras on them like that? Prob a dumb question. Its not like the Space Shuttle.

We service F-16 tires to 300-320psi depending on which tire and load.

Much smaller aircraft though....

Some Spectacular footage, even if I say so myself, captured on a Contour HD helmet cam, secured to the the nose gear. The flight was JNB-MPM and we were cleared for a visual approach onto RWY 05 as we were passing FL120 about 25nm out. Airline flying doesn't get much better than this! (The wind buffet causes the video to wobble but you still can't help mega cheesy grinning).
Oh and the phrase "non-standard" cropped up in the landing brief.
