Thats what I would do. But it would still be alittle hard to explain. Glad to hear the driver wasn't hurt. That car looks alot like the one I saw at SW a few weeks ago. It almost met the wall a couple times that night. If its the same car it looks like his luck ran out.

I feel bad for the guy. personaly I dont care if it was a import that shit sucks. I hope he is able to get that thing fixed soon and get back out there

Thats Funny it really looks like an import, I think thats why the GTO Died in the market!!

He didn't drive thru the water box. None of the GTO's did. I was standing right in front of the starting line when he launched. The two cars in front of him did...barely spun there tires enough to clean out the water in there treads. He was just in the wrong place in the wrong time. Most likely banged third gear right at a wet spot and spun around.

Oh, ok, well least he was smart enough not to then. I've seen too many ppl drive thru the water box on street tires and come close to paying the price for that no no. Still having a wet spot on the track isn't any better. What ever happened to track crews running track checks every so many runs?
