1991 Ford Mustang LX - Second Half

Sometimes the car sits in pieces when you arrive. Such is the position Ray Blankenship found himself in with the '91 LX seen here. (http://www.mustang50magazine.com/featuredvehicles/1311_1991_ford_mustang_lx_second_half/)Sadly, not every shop or performance manufacturer is on the up and up. Still in this day and age, there are people out there in Mustang-land just looking to make a buck, with no performance return. Many a Mustang enthusiast has dropped off their pride and joy, in the hopes of returning to pick up the car making several hundred more horsepower than when it entered the shop.
