Recently i did a head, cam intake swap on my car. Along with HCI my car has a Vortech, and 36lb injectors. Since i put the injectors in the car runs really bad at idle and when cold. Also it has been popping through the intake. Timing is dead on, only thing i can get from it is that the injectors are too much and it is causing the car to pop. I pulled number 5 spark plug and the electrode was normal but around the base of the injectors it had alot of carbon. It has a matching pro-m Maf, fuel pressure is set at 38psi, and no FMUAny help will be greatly appreciated. Heres a couple pics of number 5 plug:

i dont think the injectors are too much, but id definately pull them and get them flow tested to make sure they are each flowing the same amount. ive seen brand new injectors be off from each other.

When I had a blower on my old Fox a slight air leak between the MAF and blower intake caused they same type of problem. Check all the easy stuff first.

Come to find out it was a combination of a bad EGR valve and a bad MAF.
