Hey there neighbor...I'm the guy that lives next door with the Blue Turbo Mustang

The guy that runs this site Jeff (Burntire) is the guy I told you about doing 1.5-1.6 60s on a stock IRS

LOL, yes yes that was me :hide1:, I fried my centerforce that night. And though my car won't be ready by this upcoming weekend, its finally being built to handle what i throw at it.

Mcleod Street twin 26spline cltuch

Aluminum flywheel (had a steel flywheel, hated it)

Mcleod, throwout bearing, cable, firewall brace, quad adjuster, adjustable ball stud, scattershield/ bell housing

G-Force T-56, 2.62 gearset fully micropolished and triple cone syncros with bronze pad upgrade, steel 3/4 shift fork, RPM custom modified 1/2 shift fork, billet keys, TOB retainer sleeve, from RPMTransmissions

Pulling the Detroit locker from my 9" Moser rear and replacing with a Tracloc differential

Possibly picking up a chromoly driveshaft.

I have yet to make a solid pass down the track, first time blew the IRS, second time blew the trans, fried three clutches. The one and only time it would have seemed I was gonna make it, my throttle switch got stuck wide open throttle on the JLT intake hose clamp so I had to shut the car down at the top of second gear

Best time was a 13.095 with the car shut off though, lol.

No I will never race at one of those events again....those suck.

300 ricers layin street tire dust all over the track so I can spin down the track, and not to mention I only got 3 runs in 4 hours last time.

Man thats is a lot of work.
I hurt the clutch on the night we raced. I am going with a spec 5 next.
Solid axle on the way also. My IRS has been nice to me but 1.59 60ft times are not enough for my liking. LOL

LOL. You need the black blower option also.

Do you notice any difference in the braking on your car with the ABS turned off?

Personally I think the ABS is junk and always has been, I honestly pefer my brakes lock, so to o that end yes it is better imo
