Just thought I would say Howdy. Just joined and wanted to say that I have an 84 SVO with 48000 miles on it. I know that it is not a power house but it's cool because you don't run across very many of them. And it does handle pretty darn good. Anyway thanks, Mike

Hey Mike, post some pics of the powerhouse! j/k There's a guy on here that used to have a nice SVO. Too bad he got rid of it.

Welcome to HPS Mike! You have a keeper, there were only 4,508 '84 SVO's built. You are right about the handling, with that 4 cylinder turbo up front the SVO's had near 50/50 weight distribution. Great braking too (first Mustang with all-wheel disks)!

I had an '86 Smoke Grey that I wish I had kept, there were only 390 of that color built, and the original owner had ordered it with the rear biplane wing delete option, making it even rarer (had all the paper work, including the window sticker!). It didn't fit in with what I thought of as the Mustang image with a nice rumbly V-8, so I sold it, and bought an '88 GT that I still have. Live, and learn I guess!

Foxes Forever!
