Just found out about your site in MM&FF. Name is Marc. I am in the USAF, 23 years, stationed at Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. I put my 2004 Competition Orange Cobra in storage when I got the assignment. I could not bring the car with me.

Looks like a great site. I am not unfamiliar with different mustang websites as I own one of my own.

I will post pictures of my cobra in your photo section.

Sure have. I am a member/moderator over there. Thanks for the welcome. :)

On a side note...hopefully I can figure out how to add a signature block. Tried a couple different sizes and I can see it on the profile page but not here.

Yeap, member of SVTP as well. Yakitori is some good stuff! I like Kadena, second time back here.

Welcome to the site, I am some what of a newbie to the site also. I just came to luke from Kadena. I was stationed there 4 years. Great assignment. I'm sure someone has already introduced you to CoCo's by now. I'm not sure if he has left, but there is a civilian by the name of Brian that has a Monster Miata over there. It has a 5.0,procharged beast under the hood. Lots of nice turbo cars there as well. Anyways, welcome and enjoy the awesome assignment.

Back from the dead...

Sorry folks that I haven't been around in a while. Military duties, my website going down, and a reorganization of my staff caused me to be gone for a little while. I had server issues and finally got it up and running after being down for a little bit.

Now that it is fixed, I have time to go out and visit the different forums. I can't remember his name, but someone invited me back over here today and I marked the forum as one of my favorites. Looking forward to posting again...

good to see ya back on!

i gotta ask, since i had lived in okinawa back in the late 80's as a military brat. is habu hill still around? i use to love going there and spending the days watching the c-5's, f-15's, c-141's and many other military craft taking off. wonder if i could trouble you for any pics from there if possible. i loved okinawa. kadena is an awesome base. thanks man!

Habu Hill or maybe Habu Trail? I actually run this trail. It is 1.75 miles long. If you go to my site, look in my Gallery. I think I have several pictures of different places here on the island.

my step dad told me that it was named habu hill. i dunno though, i was about 8-9 years old when i lived there. it was literally a little parking lot next to the runway were you could just park and check out the planes aking off. i'll take a peak at your pics. so many fond memories there in okinawa. what an awesome place to live.

I know what your talking about now. Its actually off the base at the end of the flightline. Lots of Japanese go up there and watch our aircraft.
