Can it be done? I got a friend who wants to put a Eaton on his 3v 4.6. He does not have the 6k to put on a kit.... I will be giving my old eaton... any help will be great.

anything can be done, but why would uw ant to do that? you will have to make a custom lower, and some plumbing for egr maybe. not with it imo

For the time, effort, and money, he would be better off saving up and puting a proven T/S or turbo kit. Magnacharger sells an Eaton 112 that barely puts out 400 rwhp(I've seen as low as 340 rwhp) and this is a kit that sells for 5K+ and was made for the 3V. Can't imagine the time, money and asspain you'll spend trying to make a heaton work with a 3V. But if you can find a cheap way to make it happen don't let my post demotivate you. Go for the glory.

If you really want a screw supercharger, Whipple already makes one for the 3 valves.

EGR whats that.....LMAO:laughing:

screw the eaton to much of a hassle. go with a Whipple about 6-7k installed and tuned or even turbo horsepowers new single 60-1 kit for 3k plus install .

Eaton M90 = T-Bird Supercoupe

can't do a cobra eaton on a 2v the swap due to fact nobody made a lower intake manifold to match up. My guess is you'd have the same issue on the 3v. Are we talking about a m90 or m112 though first post is conflicting

last i heard the eaton was a roots supercharger and the whipples and kenne bells were twin screws

Correct. Stock Cobra, roush, and magnacharger are all Eaton-roots blowers, while Whipple, KB, and Saleen are Twin Screw blowers.
