I would not mind getting one of these under my ride one day. Any thoughts on this setup?

It seems you would loose alot of weight but doesnt seem very heavy duty. I do like the fact the strut does not connect to the strut mount of the car like most coil over kits do,that puts alot of pressure on the sub frame. How much is this set up. I would try it

The price is the drawback - about the price of a new Whipple.

I wouldnt worry about its strength, they use that set up on thier car they race in American Iron.

Yeah I think with whats available through maximum motorsports you could make a killer setup for half the price. Ford spent a lot of time figuring out geometry and what works. So replacing stock parts w/ light weight stuff is good enough, unless your a scca guy than the car is just a race car and trying stuff is what racing is all about. I personally like my car to be dependable and parts readily available.
