Lethal Performance, Fore Precision Works and Zone 5 Performance! Taking you to the next level!!!

As you guys know we've been working real hard to continue bringing new stuff to the market for you. Since we've been so successful in the development and distribution of the 99-04 GT/Mach-1/Cobra fuel systems we've been working real close with our manufacturers to get the S197 and GT500 stuff rolling. For those that attended the FL meet this weekend up in Orlando we had a few of these items on display which was the first time the public got to see what we've been working on.

Tonight I'm proud to finally announce to the rest of you that we are very close to going into production with these products and look forward to releasing our complete fuel systems this spring. The products you see here are put together by the BEST manufacturers and machinists in the high performance end of the industry. The quality and craftsmanship as well as the innovation and design of these pieces is many steps ahead of the competition. These products pave the way and set new standards in the fuel delivery world.

With that said we all know that there's a big gap missing in the fuel department for those high horsepower GT500 and Mustang GT cars. The GT comes equipped with a single pump and single module. Any car running a blower or turbo setup is in desperate need of an upgrade as that single pump system is no where near capable of backing up the power levels that we're seeing today. Swapping out pumps simply doesn't do the trick. You're still stuck with the restrictive straw size feed on the fuel hat as well as every other bend and bottle neck from the tank to the rails. Although the GT500 comes with a much better system then the GT it's still maxed out and loses efficiency at a certain level. Ford did a great job by dedicating an additional driver to the system and dedicating 1 driver per pump however like mentioned before there's just too many restrictions and for those looking for extreme performance and to safely back it up the stock system just won't do it.

Here is the all new Fore Precision Works Triple Pump Billet Fuel Hat. This will be a drop-in direct replacement for your stock fuel assembly. It's offers not only the ability to run a dual pump setup but for those in need of more there's room for a third pump. The system uses Ford GT pumps which if anyone isn't familiar with is the best flowing direct replacement pump available for a returnless style fuel system. These pumps are used in the Ford GT/ GT40 and do an amazing job at keeping fuel pressure up and supplying the system with everything it needs.

Here's a few CAD drawings of the fuel hat.

Here's few other key features of the Fore Precision Works GT500 Triple Pump Fuel Hat:
Complete Billet Design
Houses up to 3 Ford GT Pumps
Removes the straw size stock outlet with up to 3 -6an Feeds
Offers a return port for conversion to a return style system
Complete Drop-In replacement
Works with your stock dual FPDM setup
Pre-Wired as well for use with the Zone 5 Performance MDM Mega Driver
Utilizes the stock level sender and gasket
Gives you the ability to run larger fuel lines
and much much more.

I'll have Justin update me with some key points I may have missed so you guys get the most accurate information possible.

The next part of the system is the Zone 5 Performance MDM Mega Driver Box. This is what drives your pumps. What happens when you upgrade to a pump as strong as the Ford GT pump it puts a lot of strain on the stock FPDM (Fuel Pump Driver Module). The reason for this is that the GT pumps draw more amps from the FPDM than the stock pumps do. The FPDM is only meant to handle about 20amps max. This means that the stock FPDM(s) really aren't capable of supplying the power that the GT pumps need. The MDM is the solution.

Here's some technical specs on the MDM Mega Driver:

- CAN DRIVE UP TO *THREE* FORD GT PUMPS TO MAXIMUM FUEL CAPACITY
- DESIGNED TO INTERFACE PERFECTLY WITH THE FORE PRECISION TRIPLE PUMP FUEL HAT!
- CAN SUPPLY IN EXCESS OF 35A OF CURRENT WITH LESS THAN 0.5V TOTAL INTERNAL VOLTAGE DROP (as a comparison, the stock FPDM will drop approximately 2.0V at ~ 20A of forward current)
- OPERATES AT TWICE THE OUTPUT FREQUENCY OF THE STOCK FPDM FOR SMOOTHER PUMP CURRENT CONTROL RESULTING IN POTENTIALLY LONGER PUMP LIFE AND BETTER FUEL PRESSURE REGULATION
- BUILT-IN WIRING UPGRADE AND HIGH CURRENT RELAY
- 8AWG INPUT WIRING FOR BATTERY CONNECTION
- 14AWG OUTPUT WIRING FOR EACH PUMP
- BEAUTIFULLY CNC MACHINED HOUSING/HEATSINK BY YOUR BILLET EXPERTS "FORE PRECISION WORKS"

As you can see it's a work of art and will supply your fuel system with the power it needs whether you're running 1, 2 or 3 fuel pumps. Just another key piece to the Lethal Performance GT500 fuel system,

Back to Fore Precision where we now attempt to remove any restriction at the fuel rail. In addition to upgrading the rails to larger higher flowing rails we're also very happy to be getting rid of the stock ones as they look horrendous. Crappy stamped steel doesn't do it for us. We need something better. Something that's going to pop and bring not only performance but flavor to the engine bay. These are the Fore Precision GT500 fuel rails. Specifically designed for the GT500 with one thing in mind.. Improvement. Most other aftermarket rails on the market lack certain qualities or have flaws to them. For one why spend $300-400 on a set of fuel rails just to have to purchase a fuel block that allows you to hook up a wet nitrous kit or electric fuel sender for a fuel pressure gauge? The Fore Precision Fuel rails will come with 2 ports already incorporated into the design. The next thing we've found is that there's several fitment issues with the competitors rails. If you're running a Kenne Bell or 3.4L Whipple we know that upgrading to a 60lb injector raises the fuel rail. Raising the rail on those blowers causes interference with the plenums. To make the rail fit you either have to grind the rail or the plenum for clearance. To keep it simple the competitors rails were not made to fit aftermarket blowers but more so had the stock blower in mind when designed. Our objective is to make a one size fits all rail. This means that no matter what injector you run or what blower you have on the car our rails will fit without modification. No need to buy a $400 product just to take a grinder to it in order for it to fit. The Fore Precision Fuel rails are made with high quality CNC aluminum and are anodized for a long lasting protective finish. You can be sure that if you like the ones we offer now for the 03-04 Cobra you're going to love the ones for the GT500 and S197.

Here's a few CAD drawings of the GT500/S197 rails we'll be offering.

Lastly,

What's a fuel system if it's not complete? Not only will be offering these items for purchase separately but we'll also be packaging them up as a complete fuel system upgrade which will include the Fore Precision Works Billet Fuel hat, Zone 5 Performance MDM, Fore Precision Fuel Rails as well as upgraded lines, fittings, filter and crossover to complete the package. Everything you need in a nice brown box with Lethal Performance tape shipped to your door!

As you can see we're very excited to finally announce this stuff. It's been in the works for a little bit but it's finally coming together. We're looking to have our first pre-production fuel hat and rails cut sometime this week. Once that's done we'll be testing everything on our GT500 which will be tuned by Justin@VMP tuning. As we move closer we'll be updating you with every little bit of information we get. Pricing is still not set but if you have any questions please feel free to give us a call as we're here to help. Thanks, Jared
