my car broke its motor mounts and when it jumped it snapped the shroud as well. there is an auto shop at my high school so i took the car to my teacher and look for excess damage found out that what the shroud was hit it messed with the radiator and now that has a leak.

im in need of

motor mounts
fan+fan clutch
shop for radiator repairs
shroud (easy to find)
my auto teacher said i can use a lift for the project

 appreciate all the help!!

i was on my way home. down the street there is a dip and i was going about 10-15 mph and hit it with out thought and when i gave it a little gas i heard a rare breaking sound that did not sound to great.

First it was just the shroud, and now we are @ motor mounts, come on,
you were doing more than 10-15, :busted: I'm 52, not stupid :biglaugh:

no to be honest it may have been the peeling out before ;) but no the mounts were old anyways and the rubber on was but just about gone. so understandable plus it needed to be done soon anyways

time to drag out my lil black book 'o vintage parts!

i have a huge library of catalogs for vintage parts... but hopefully this will be the last resort. local is usually the best so you can avoid shipping charges and get what you need right away.

motor mounts/ fan+fan clutch: you can try Mustang Service Center (623) 939-6447. but i highly recommend you know what you are looking for and what your year specific part looks like. they have a lot of new and used parts, and depending who you talk to, they may or may not know what you are looking for.

another place to call is Arizona Muscle Mart (602) 233-0616. they are another source to call.

for a radiator repair: i may have a radiator here at home for you. you will have to look at it and get some measurements of the original and what not. some one gave it to me and i sent it out to get cleaned up, thinking at the time i could use it. turned out it was too big for my application. if it works, its all yours. if that doesnt work, try Sun City Radiator (623) 583-8188 or (623) 214-5897. the guy was really nice and the price was right. (he was the only guy i called that was straight forward with me on a price.)

for a brand new one, i would go to Performance Radiator (620)462-9260. i liked dealing with them.

and lastly, try auto zone or checker. it will be easier for you to find what you need since you are still stock and straight forward. since i am no longer year specific, my searches can get super complicated at times.

hope this helps!
