Anybody know a good place to buy mods for my truck? Hard as hell to find, especially on my favorite place, ebay. THanks!

Thanks, but I have already checked them and rpmoutlet.com. Not too much to choose from. Maybe I am just used to my old car (2002 Mustang GT) Thousands of products.

Check out D'Agostino Racing.
They are a supporting vendor on this site.
The have a forum in the vendor storefront section.
I didn't realize it but they have a big section for your Lightning.
Send those guys a PM and they will give you a good deal.

My Lightning buddy said,
Johnny Lightning
JDM Performance
RPM Outlet

and that should cover about everything. His Lightning was running 12's with bolt-ons from those companies. He's now in the process of having a motor built.

ANY other lightning owners out there? Anyone know a good place to buy a cowl induction hood? At least a 5 inch rise is what I'm lookin' for.

I would check out https://www.cervinis.com/product.aspx?car=1&id=1169#129 They seem to be the highest quality available. There's a few other company's for quite a bit cheaper, but you truly get what you pay for.

First question; What year is the Lightning? Second question; What mods are you looking to do? If you have an 01-04, I have a 6lb. lower crank pulley, from Johnny Lightning Performance which has the Gator Back Belt included. It has under 400 miles on it, when I sold my Lightning the guy who bought it, asked me if I would return it to stock. I'll let it go, for $125.00. I paid $235.00 for it. I don't know if you have a tuner or not, but if you do, and it's from SCT I have Advantage 3 tuning software, w/many tune files for an 01 Lightning processor code CXN1, 03 Marauder BMD0. The software is set up like dealer software, it's the first racer pkg. that was done as Advantage 3 w/a dongle key. You can add processor codes, like dealer software it cost me $100.00 for each processor I add to the software. And I still have the email from SCT, to proove that this was the first Advantage 3 Racer Pkg. thanks to my computer spitting out the old numbered keys for the 2.9. If your Lightning fits into that category, I'd be willing to let it all go reasonably priced. I'd rather see it go to someone who could use it, then let it sit around doing nothing, Mike D. Whoa, I forgot I was a member of this board until I got an email notification! Thanks for the help ITLRUN, but it's almost 1 1/2 years too late. I traded in the lightning for my current car (03 cobra) back in November '06. Thanks anyway!

Nice looking COBRA, I like the way you carried the color, into the engine bay. You need a Whipple, or KENNE BELL, or even better pull the EATON and Turbo Charge it. My neighbor has a black 04 COBRA w/a Garret turbo, what a sick ride. He took me for a ride when he finished, and where I live the highway is only 1 mile from my house. We were getting on 24, and some kid came up on us in an 01 SS Camaro when he stepped on the COBRA, he left that kid sitting in a cloud of smoke. When the smoke cleared, we were already gone. What a RUSH!!!!! Good luck with it, it's a nice looking ride, Mike D.:2thumbs:
