The boss answered the phone when I called support.

He called me back in 5 minutes and had it fixed.
Said one of the techs unplugged the server by accident.
Can't get good help these days.

I run into issues almost everytime I try to log on. Say Internet explorer cannot display or connect, and I forgot the rest. Once I'm on the site everything runs smooth. And I can re-enter the site easily as long as I don't close the browser. I've had problems since I registered and even before. Everywhere else I connect to works fine. Not knockin the site but I thought I'd make a post about this.

Mine will do that from time to time as well. I noticed if I just click my bookmark for the site a second time it comes right up.

Both sound like issues with your location or machine.

Just an FYI, it does it to me both at the office on a Fractional-T and on my DSL at home.

Yep because you live in an area where they use stings tied to cans as phone lines.
Lou has problems also at times.

I have used this site from all over the country without a single problem.

I live in civilization! Have a 10meg up and down connection at home. Internet life is good when you live 458 feet from the central office!!

I did some research on the issue before and it was related to a connection from that area. You provider is irrelevant being they all go to the same network for the most part.
