The problem is mine wasn't an excuse. ;)
I managed a 1.88 and a 1.86 60ft out of a bone stock BULLIT that day. First time driving one, I was fairly impressed with it as a stock vehicle.

I guess I need to work on my launch. My 60ft was horrible. Did a quick burn out to clean the tires off, launched at idle and had tracking control off. The car kept pulling hard through the traps. Maybe launching at a higher RPM and turning the traction control on would help.

that was my problem too was not bringing the rpms up. I think 2k or so on the launch would do me good.

Just blame it on the clocks if you go too quick for your safety equipment.

Yeah I need to find a jacket and helmet before the 27th. Maybe I should launch like you do?? That might help my 60ft!
