    SCT X3 help

I have been trying to do some datalogging and I am having an issue with my handheld. When it is plugged into my OBD port everything works fine, but after a few minutes the unit will freeze up and stop datalogging. The only way to get it to unfreeze is to unplug it from the port. All updates have been loaded onto the unit so I have no idea what is going on. Any advice would be appreciated.

You might want to give SCT a call on monday and let them know whats going on. could be an issue with the tuner. It wont be the first issue ive seen with the X3 tuner.

Are you datalogging with just the handheld or with it and a lap top?

I was datalogging just with the handheld and then loading that onto my laptop. I ended up speaking with tech support at SCT and apparently I had too many PID's listed. I now only have about 6 and it works fine. I also had it updated so that may have helped also. Right now it seems to be working fine. Plan on doing some more datalogging just to make sure everything is cool.
