    Last winter is was fairly consistent between 80-83%.

    I get mine from the Chevron on the 101 and Olive (west side). I haven't seen a shift like this yet, but I've only purchased 3 times in the last year. Now that the car is running more consistant I will have to watch closely. Thanks for the heads up!
