    Saturday Morning Cruise

A couple of us are planning on taking a cruise this saturday morning, the 19th, through Wickenburg, up Yarnell hill, over to Prescott and back down on I-17. We are planning on meeting at 7am and trying to be back here in town around noon, if possible, to allow for family weekend time. lol. The plan is just to get out and drive a little bit.
If anyone is inerested in joining us, we are going to meet in the parking lot at the Northwest corner of Bell and the 303 at 7 am.

We had a great time this morning and an even better time on the twists and turns up yarnell hill. John got some rabbit jerkey stuck to his windsheild, but other than that, no mishaps. lol. We stopped in Prescott for a while and they were having a fire truck show and were having 165 british sports cars coming in on a police escorted cruise as well. We had a blast, we will definately have to do this again soon!!

I tried to post it early enough, but it was a fairly quick decision. We will definately be doing this again SOON and I will try to give more notice. Hope to see you there.

Great job! We were laughing in LA when john said he was "drifting". Knowing that road, that means John just the corners really fast. lol Or at least faster than granny.

We started up the hill relaively conservatively, just in case. Sure enough, there was a cop, but he already had someone pulled over. As soon as we passed him, John and Mark (Mr. "conservative"), blew past me like I was standing still, after that it was ON for the rest of the trip. lol. The poor cop had to have heard us flying up the hill and been trying to get his ticket written as fast as he could so he could try and catch up with us. Here are a few more pics that Mark took.

Sounds like that was alot of fun! I would have went along on that cruise but have not been on HPS for about a week.

Were still doing the Sonic thing this Saturday?

Well, next time I will try and give everyone a lot more notice. As far as I know, sonic and safeway are still on for tomorrow. I think Kenny moved that time back an hour to 2 oclock. Take a look at the WWM website for all of the details. http://www.wildwestmustangs.blogspot.com/
