I would do the 2.6 for sure. if your in the military and been to afghan or iraq KB will give you 10% off. You cant beat that.......thats over 300 bones =)

if i wasnt dumping my left nut into my 66 i would do it (almost did)
REALLY!!!?! What do you have to do to prove it to them? Send them a copy of your DD214? I'm thinking Kenne Bell!

From what I've been told by a few people on svtp is that all you have to do is send a copy of your military I.D. I personally wouldn't send my DD214 to anybody because identity theft is so bad in our country right now. And what better than to have a soldiers most important military document in the hands of a crook. Your SSN is on it plus everything you've ever done in the military. I would tell Whipple KB is offering me a military discount and see if they will match it. Because you can't beat ze reliability of ze vipple!

Ive heard good and bad for both. I have a KB 2.6 with no issues at all on 20 psi all the time. Customer service does have some smart a**es though if you do have questions....

I'm not putting that system on my car.
It's great system, but I'm no longer gonna support HPP Racing or ProTurbo.
I'm going with a total custom PSR fabbed in house single.

Wow I hope the OP has decided by now, but imo the Whipple is a more efficient supercharger where as the KB 2.2 is the screamer and the other KB's don't seem to compare power wise to the Whipple, other than the 2.8 but that is a blower more designed for built motors. Just my .02
