Went to the old strip today with the new combo...........

Stock 302
ootb tw heads / upgraded springs
AFM b4 = tfs2 cam
Systemax w/ 75 accufab
24lb inj
75 mass
power pipe
Sfi balancer
bbk 1-5/8 long tubes
bbk x pipe
Dyno max bullets

Stock t5 w/ king cobra clutch

4.30 gear / rest stock 8.8

Eibach drag springs four corners with air bag

Race weight 2900 lbs

Only got in two runs due to complications.....
Broke the front tire valve stem some how.... and the breaks will not hold the car and are leaking.

First run was a waste : spun hard off the line

Ran a 11.9 at 116 with a 1.80 60'

Second run read:

1.525 - 60'
4.648 - 330'
7.292 - 1/8
92.54 - mph
9.514 - 1000
106.28 mph
11.5109 ------1/4
116.28------ mph

This run was on a 5500 rpm launch..... Should see some 1.4's with a higher launch

The car will see 11.3's with some more track time....
Have not played with timing or fuel ..... and cant tell where my shift points are at...the stock tach is bouncing everywhere.

Car has 11.3s in her but need a job first ..... roll bar , axles etc etc

I will eventualy have this stock block into the 10's
